ADHD is often misunderstood, especially in communities where people speak different languages. Interculture is helping to put that right by making short videos in Spanish, Urdu, Somali, Arabic, and Polish. In each video, someone from Bristol shares their real story about living with ADHD, in their own language, with English subtitles.
ADHD: Multilingual Stories from Bristol
Why are we doing this?
Our founder, Lisa, realised she had ADHD after watching a video about older women with ADHD. She saw her own experiences in their stories, which helped her understand herself and get a diagnosis. We want others in Bristol to have that same chance—to see themselves, feel understood, and get the support they need.

Thanks to support from Burges Salmon and Quartet Community Foundation, we can create these videos and reach more people in Bristol's diverse communities
